Pay the total in CAD via Interac e-Transfer to payments@montclairbiotech.ca, or use the optional cryptocurrency option on the confirmation page. Always include your order number in the e-Transfer message (or follow the crypto instructions) so we can match your payment.

Interac e-Transfer is our primary method for Canadian customers. Bitcoin and Solana are also available; the order confirmation screen shows the amount converted at the time you check out. We process orders once payment is received and matched to your order number.

In-stock orders usually ship within two business days after payment is confirmed. Canadian delivery typically takes three to seven additional business days. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

We use plain, discreet outer packaging. Cold packs or insulated liners are included when needed for product stability. Your certificate of analysis is packed inside the shipment.

Store sealed vials at −20°C, protected from light and moisture. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles. When stored properly, many peptides remain stable well beyond twelve months; always follow your own protocols and the CoA where provided.

Keep reconstituted solution at 2–8°C, protected from light, and use within approximately four weeks unless your protocol states otherwise. Do not refreeze reconstituted product unless your method specifically allows it.
